As you can see from the photos, the fire caused significant damage to the ceiling of the kitchen which spread to the bathroom and part of the living room. In addition to the obvious cosmetic damage, there was also structural damage and soot damage that needed to be addressed.
Project Solution
Our first priority when we receive a call about fire damage is always safety. We make sure that the site is safe to enter and that all necessary precautions are taken to protect our workers and your home. Once the site is deemed safe, we begin the process of assessing the damage and developing a plan for fire damage restoration.
Because the fire started in the kitchen, it caused a lot of soot and smoke damage throughout the house. Our team went through and cleaned all surfaces, removing soot and smoke residue. We also had to replace some of the damaged ceiling as it was not structurally sound.
