The Georgia International Horse Park (GIHP) is located in the city of Conyers in the state of Georgia. It was built as part of the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, and once the games were done, it was transformed into a venue for equestrian sports such as dressage and show jumping. A number of major competitions have taken place at this horse park, including the 1999 Pan American Games, 2003 World Equestrian Games, 2003 Dressage World Cup Final, 2005 World Equestrian Games, 2007 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, 2010 World Equestrian Games, the 2011 Show Jumping Championships, and the 2013 European Eventing Championships, among others.

The park is over 3,000 acres making it one of the largest in Georgia. It also has a number of trails where visitors may go horseback riding through the park. The trails also loop around the International Horse Park, allowing visitors to approach it from a variety of directions. There is a river named Little River that runs beside the trail, and riders often stop to fish or just rest on its banks while on the trail.

At the park, visitors may participate in a variety of various forms of riding activities. Trail riding, show jumping, cross-country riding, fox hunting, and equestrian vaulting are just a few of the activities that take place at the Horse Park every day.

Camping is also available in the park, however the only year-round campsite is closed during the winter months due to inclement weather. Equestrians may stay at tent sites, RV sites, chalets, and barracks, among other accommodations.

The park is open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and the office closes at 6:30 PM.
